California adventure elopement photography with Marlena and Fred, we started our day at La Playa Hotel in Carmel, California and then made our way down the Big Sur coast for an adventurous day along the beautiful cliffs above the Pacific Ocean.

Janice and Michael eloped this year amid Covid and a huge change of plans, (they were supposed to be married in Hawaii) This was their first trip to Big Sur, and it was so fun to watch their reaction to the Big Sur area I was able to take them to many of my favorite spots! Congratulations to you both!

Carina and RJ came to Big Sur and stayed at Ventana for their adventure elopement. Their first look was under the tall redwoods and the ceremony was on the edge of the cliffs on the Big Sur coastline where they both had the sweetest words while reading their vows with the Pacific Ocean waves crashing behind them!

Corey and Adam were married in Big Sur, California after postponing three times due to Covid, the hotel shutdowns, and fires. We finally meet at Ventana Big Sur in October so they could have their dream elopement! They were married in the forest among the redwood trees and exchanged the sweetest vows! Congratulations to you both!

Ebony and Blake were married at the Big Sur River Inn along the trickling Big Sur river, they included their son Nile in the day from the first dance on Leon Bridge to the cake cutting shared between them. It was such a beautiful family affair.

Taryn and Alex are from Los Angeles and absolutely fell in love with the Big Sur Coast. After having to postpone their wedding due to Covid, they decided to have an adventure elopement instead. They stayed at Glen Oaks, so we adventured along the coast to some of my favorite places, with the coolest inverted fog layer most of the day, the low fog is my absolute favorite and sets the most romantic mood.

Destiny and Taylor met me at the Big Sur River Inn, they were so ready for their adventurous elopement that Destiny was ready to run into the forest and jump into the ocean! so we headed for the forest first and then the cliffs and beaches along the coast of Big Sur! The day was full of adventure and I was happy to show them some awesome locations. Congrats you two!

Big Sur Elopement of Lisa and William. When Lisa first messaged me about eloping in Big Sur she said "I want to get my dress dirty and adventure all over Big Sur" I could not reply to her message fast enough. We started at the Tickle Pink Inn and adventured to the redwoods followed by the cliffs at the sea! It was a huge honor to be their photographer.

Yusuf and Margarita were married on Monday at San Francisco City Hall. We started the day at their San Francisco apartment and made our way to SF City Hall for their ceremony where we were joined by their two best friends. Since we had the last ceremony of the day we were able to explore the city hall with almost no one around! What an awesome day! Thank you for allowing me to be a part of it.

Melissa and Ed Eloped under the redwoods of Glen Oaks in Big Sur. The sun peaked through the trees during their intimate ceremony as they read their vows. Melissa and Ed were feeling overwhelmed with the planning process of their big celebration back in North Carolina and wanted to have a moment just for them. The day before their ceremony they hiked in Pfeiffer and enjoyed some fun breweries in Monterey.

Kait and Matt decided to elope in Big Sur after the wedding planning in Virginia became overwhelming. They started to feel like they were planning a day for everyone else instead of celebrating their love. After seeing photos of Big Sur Kait and Matt knew immediately this was the place.

Josh and Alissa were married this past week in San Francisco among their closest friends and family. Alissa saw all her friends who had big weddings and determined that was not for her. The day before her ceremony she had a backyard party at her friend’s house downtown complete with a donut table made by a friend. But on her elopement day, she only wanted 5 close friends and family.
