Glen Oaks Wedding in the Redwoods of Big Sur
Alayna and Micheal had a beautiful wedding in the redwoods of Big Sur surrounded by their closest family and friends and of course their dog and vintage camper van that held so many memories of the couples love story. Incorporating Glen Oaks Big Sur for their getting ready was such a beautiful way to maximize the best light in the redwoods and on the cliffs. Big Sur is the perfect combination of redwoods and coastal views; and being able to share Big Sur’s beauty with clients is such a privilege. Growing up on the coast I can sometimes take for granted just how beautiful it truly is and watching clients reactions is such a beautiful reminder of the majestic coast line.
Starting an elopement day in the redwoods of Glen Oaks is one of my favorite ways to meet a couple and capture their first look. Glen oaks Big Sur has such an incredible property for a wedding or elopement, with one of the best redwood groves on HWY 1.

Camila and Greg Eloped this week at Garrapata Beach. When Hwy 1 had a rock slide a week ago we had to quickly pivot away from their original plan of getting married in the redwoods. They found an incredible Airbnb at Ribera Beach where they had their first look and ceremony. From there we adventured down the coast with an impromptu cheesecake on the hood of their rented vintage Thunderbird. They were both so full of joy and love it was infectious.
