Timeline Examples:

4 HOURS IN BIG SUR STAYING AT GLEN OAKS.

3:30-4 PM - Meet at Glen Oaks, getting ready photos.

4:00-5 PM - First look and photos around the redwoods.

5:00-5:30 pm- Travel time to the cliffs.

5:30-6:30 pm - Soberanies cliffs for ceremony, pop champagne

6:30-7:30 pm - Garrapata beach for picnic and first dance.

8 hours in Big Sur staying at Tree Bones

11 -11:45 : capturing getting ready at tree bones outside the yurt, have coffee together, write down your vows. First outfit, with swim suit packed

11:45-12:15 - Travel time to limekiln

12:15-1:30 pm - Limekiln redwood hike to the waterfall, pack a lunch and vintage sodas to share together.

1:30-1:45 pm - Travel to Sand dollar beach

1:45-2:45 - Go swimming in the ocean together !! bring a surf board ! drone shots.

2:45-3:00 pm - Travel back to Tree Bones

3:00-4:00 pm - Change into second outfit more formal dress, makeup and hair !

4:00-4:15 pm - Travel time to meadow

4:15-5:15 pm - Ceremony on the rocks overlooking the ocean,

5:15 - 6:00 pm - picnic in the meadow

6:00-7:00 pm - run on the secret beach at low tide.

WHAT NOT TO DO : A BAD TIMELINE EXAMPLE

You are paying me to NOT shoot for 1.5 hours of your time. Also you spent so long driving to the redwoods you have no other location options besides Pfeiffer beach, this example really doesnt give you enough time for Pfeiffer beach.

3:30-4 PM - Meet at your hotel in carmel, carmel highlands, capture getting ready

4:00-4:30 PM - First look on balcony

4:30-5:15 pm- Travel time to pirates redwood grove

5:30-6:30 pm - Pirates redwood grove

6:30-7:00 pm - Travel time to Pfeiffer beach

7:00-7:30 - Pfeiffer beach

8 hours in Big Sur staying at Deetjens splitting time sunrise and sunset.

800-9:00 am - Meet on dirt path to meadow, drive on long dirt road to meadow with coffee and vows, have a sunrise together copying your vows in your vow books under a warm blanket in the meadow, photos after.

9:00-9:20 am - Travel time to redwoods on a dirt road

9:20-10:20 am- Redwood ceremony as the light hits the trees.

10:30- 10:45 am- Head to Henry Miller Library

10:45-11:15- Henry Miller library, take polaroids, leave your mark, pick up a new book from John Steinbeck or Henry Miller.

11:15- head back to deetjens to relax and take a nap.

1:15 -2:00 Meet at deetjens to capture you both getting ready

2:00-2:45 - Travel time south coast

2:45-3:45 - Limekiln redwoods and waterfall, make cocktails together.

3:45-4:00 pm - Travel time, stop along the way for photos with pampas grass.

4:15-5:15 pm -Picnic in the meadow

5:15 - 6:15 pm - Run on the private beach at low tide or switch out for sand dollar beach.
