S and S are getting married later this year in Oregon, and I’m so excited that they decided to include a Big Sur, California, engagement session before their wedding. I had such a good time getting to know them both and showing them areas of the coast they hadn’t explored before. We had some of the best moody light and big waves along the Big Sur Coast.

Andy and Vicki’s Engagement session in Big Sur California in the rain was one of my favorite sessions this year. I absolutely love when couples just embrace the weather and have fun no matter what, because I’m all about the mood.

Frank and Alexi’s had their San Francisco Engagement session this week with a fire escape pizza picnic and city views. I had so much fun running around the city with them and eating Tony’s Pizza (the place they had their first date). I can’t wait for their wedding later this year!!!

Big Sur Engagement photos

Jordan and Taylor were engaged in Big Sur along the coastline with family and friend overlooking the engagement. Jordan wants to be married in the forest so we adventured into to forest of Big Sur and they posed among the tall redwood trees. Super fun day!

J & J stayed at the beautiful Alila Ventana at Big Sur, California to capture their adventurous engagement session, not being strangers to Big Sur I was super excited to show them some spots they had never seen. Awesome day!

N & M are getting married late this year at Sand Rock Farm in Santa Cruz, California. They contacted me to capture their engagement photographs in the non-cliff areas of Big Sur, we found several wide-open spaces, meadows, and rocky shores with awesome views of the Pacific Ocean as their backdrop and a beautiful sunset!

K & B came from Texas to Big Sur, California for their engagement session. It was so fun to show them some of my favorite spots along the California coast and document their beautiful memories. Congratulations!

Ethan & Sophia visited Big Sur, California to take some time together to relax and explore. They wanted to capture their time on the coast with an adventure session! We adventure all over the Big Sur coast from the forests to the cliffs! We had so much fun!!

Karen and Patrick had their engagement session in Big Sur this week, they had never explored Big Sur so I loved taking them to a lot of my favorite lesser-known spots it was the perfect day with the sun shining through the redwoods to the fog rolling in over the mountains on the coast it was the perfect day!

Jason proposed to Madison this week in Big Sur, California along the coastline with the epic views and sand between our toes it was an amazing shoot! Congratulations Jason and Madison!

Alexia and Nolan visited the California coast this week so Nolan could propose!! Nolan has some friends who own private land on the Big Sur coast with rocky cliffs and cows roaming around the meadow so it was a fun new location for me! We then adventured around the rest of the coastline and toasted champagne to the newly engaged couple.

Jennifer and Aaron were engaged in Big Sur today. They are getting married in Mexico later this year but wanted their engagement photos along the Big Sur Coastline.
